What is Tangible Geospatial Modeling?

Tangible geospatial modeling system, or TanGeoMS is a modeling system that facilitates multiple thought processes and human collaboration to conduct geospatial analysis and solve geospatial problems.

Modeling Procedures

Simply put, TanGeoMS involves tactile manipulation of a 3-dimensional, physical model of an environment in which the surface is subsequently scanned to create a digital model that is analyzed in a geospatial information system.
